Renaisa SAS, is incorporated in Paris the number 890 819 741, with a capital of €6225, and registered office at 12 rue de Chantilly, 75009 Paris, (hereinafter referred to as "Renaisa" or "we"), operates an e-commerce website, available at the following address: https://www.renaisa.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
These general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter the "T&C") apply, in the version in force on the date of the order, to all orders for items that you place via the Site, whether for purchase and/or rent, and to all deliveries and services that we provide.
The customer's general terms and conditions of purchase do not apply unless they have been agreed in writing by us. The European Commission provides a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution which is accessible at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
We are not prepared to participate in dispute resolution procedures before consumer arbitration committees.
2. Conclusion of the contract
2.1. Creating an account and placing an order
Only a user who has fully and exhaustively registered on the site, by creating a customer account, can place an order on the site.
The Company reserves the right to suspend a customer account in the event of a breach by the user of the GTC, a previous failure to pay, wrongful return, in the event of a dispute with the user or suspicion of fraud.
The User must provide his/her surname, first name, address, email address, mobile phone number and any other information required at any time for the creation of the Customer Account. The User expressly guarantees that this information is personal to him/her and is complete, accurate and sincere. The User undertakes to protect his/her login and password and to inform the Company without delay of any suspected misuse of his/her login and/or password.
The placing of an Order is subject to its payment in full by credit card or any other means of payment offered on the Site. The Company reserves the right to refuse any Order in the event of a previous Faulty Return by the User or in the event of a dispute with said User.
For each shipment of an order, the stamp of the Carrier delivering the Product shall be deemed authentic. It is reminded that the Company uses external Carriers and that shipping times are only given as an indication. The Company shall not be held liable in any way for any delay in delivery attributable to the Carrier. It is also the Client's responsibility to correctly and exhaustively fill in the delivery address, access codes, floors, building number and to be present at the time of delivery or, failing that, to have previously filled in the name and telephone number of the person receiving the delivery. The Company shall not be liable for any failure to deliver due to the absence of the Client or for any error in the delivery details. Any costs associated with a return to the Company due to the impossibility of delivery and any costs of re-shipment shall be borne solely by the Client and shall not give rise to a cancellation of the Order.
A Product is deemed to be placed in the possession of the Customer and delivered when the Product is made available by the Carrier, as evidenced by the Carrier's tracking system.
The Product is sent to the Customer in a dedicated protective packaging. Upon delivery, the Client must check that the Product conforms to the Order. In the event of non-conformity, the Client must immediately notify the Company of any reservations and refuse delivery. If the Client does not refuse delivery as indicated above, the condition of the Product shall be deemed to be in conformity with the Order and satisfactory to the Client.
2.2 Purchase of a Product
Before validating your order, you must read and accept these T&Cs. You will have the opportunity to check the details of your order to enable you to correct any errors. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email to acknowledge receipt and summarise the details of your order (order confirmation).
In case of unavailability of an item, in accordance with the provisions of article L. 121-20-3 of the French Consumer Code, Renaisa will inform the customer and proceed to the reimbursement of the sums paid within a maximum period of thirty (30) days. After this period, the sums will be subject to interest at the legal rate in force.
3 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of articles L. 121-21 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the items purchased from Renaisa, without having to justify its decision, a refund of the sums paid in exchange for the return of the items concerned.
In case of withdrawal, the return is made via the Carrier proposed by Renaisa, using the return label sent by our customer service by electronic means and to be printed by the Customer.
The return must be made within fourteen (14) days of the communication of the decision to withdraw to the following address CPT5 / Renaisa, 60 rue de la Roquette, 75011 Paris, France.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, after validation of the condition of the returned Products, we will reimburse you the totality of the sums paid as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the date on which this right will have been exercised, and this by the same means of payment as that used for the initial order.

Please note that we only accept returns from the country of delivery. If you exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of this Article 3, your bank account will be credited with the price of the item concerned. The initial shipping costs of the Product will not be refunded. Exclusion criteria for the right of withdrawal can only apply if the purchased product has not been customised, modified or damaged. Any cut in the Company label (or the labels fastening system) present on the Product at the time of shipment will result in a refusal of the withdrawal request.
4 Prices; product presentation; availability; gift card; promotion code
4.1 Prices, product presentation and availability
The prices applied are those shown on our Site on the date of your order and include all taxes.
The Products offered by Renaisa are presented on the Site in the form of digital photos. Slight differences between the presentation and reality cannot be qualified as defects.
If you have ordered more than one Product at the same time, these Products may be delivered on different dates. The shipping costs are only charged once in this case.
4.2 Gift card
The Gift Card has no expiry date and is valid for all orders except for other Gift Cards.
The Gift Card cannot be exchanged or refunded except for your statutory rights of exchange and cancellation.
The Gift Card is available in all currencies of our delivery countries and can only be used in the chosen destination country. Gift Cards are sent exclusively by e-mail.
Renaisa reserves the right to cancel or block a Gift Card if there is a valid reason for doing so, for example, in case of loss or misuse of a Gift Card. Renaisa will then inform you of the cancellation or blocking of your Gift Card.
4.3 Promotion code
The promotion codes have different validity periods and can be used for any order with the exception of Gift Cards. You can find the expiry date of your promotion code on the document containing the promotion code.
The exchange or refund of promotion codes that you may have received as a result of marketing activities or as a result of the obligation of Renaisa is excluded. The exchange or refund of a promotion code is also excluded apart from your legal rights of exchange and cancellation. Renaisa reserves the right to cancel or block a promotion code if there is a valid reason for doing so, for example in case of loss or misuse of a promotion code. Renaisa will then inform you of the cancellation or blocking of your promotion code.
Information about returning items from orders paid for with a promotional code: If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the reduced purchase price will be refunded. If you are returning a Product from an order that originally contained more than one item, the value of the promotional code will be deducted proportionately from the total price of the item and you will receive the appropriate refund. If all items are returned, the promotional code is cancelled and the original amount of your purchase will be refunded. There is no right to a refund or replacement of a promotional code from a promotional offer.
5. Data retention
We store your order data. If you would like a printed copy of your order, you can print out a "receipt". This appears on your computer screen when you have completed your order and your credit card details have been verified.
You will also receive the order confirmation, including all the data provided, in the form of an email, which you can also print out.
6. Delivery and shipping
The shipment is made via our partner DHL in all countries served. The transport risk is borne by Renaisa.
The Products are ready for shipment at the latest on the next working day of your order. Unless otherwise agreed, the Products ordered are delivered within 1 to 5 working days and at the latest within thirty (30) days after the order, to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, depending on the shipping method and the place of delivery chosen. Shipping costs are free for all orders. In the event of a request for withdrawal, return shipping costs are also free of charge.
8. Payment; late payment; set-off; right of retention
8.1 Accepted methods of payment
You can pay for your Renaisa order by:

- Apple Pay
All payments and credits are made in the currency in which the sale is denominated.
8.2. Payment by Gift Card
Payment by Gift Card is made by entering the Gift Card code in the field provided during the checkout process and clicking on the "Add Code" button on the Shopping Cart page. If the order value is greater than the Gift Card value, choose a payment method to pay the remaining amount. If the value of the Gift Card is greater than the order value, you will be able to use the same code on future orders until the Gift Card amount is used up. A cash refund of the Gift Card is not possible.
8.3. Payment by promotion code
Payment by promotion code is made by entering the promotion code in the field provided during the checkout process and then clicking on the "Add Code" button (on the "Shopping Cart" page). If the order amount is greater than the value of the promotion code, choose a payment method to pay the remaining amount. A cash refund of the promotion code is not possible.
9. Reservation of ownership
All payments and credits shall be made in the currency chosen for the sale. The Products purchased by the Customer remain the property of Renaisa until full payment of the price by the Customer.

11. Legal guarantee
The legal provisions relating to the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code) and the guarantee of conformity (Articles L211-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code) shall apply.
12. Applicable law, severability
These T&C are governed by French law, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any dispute arising from the performance or interpretation of the TOS shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris. The waiver by a party of any of the provisions of the T&C shall not constitute a definitive waiver of such provision at a later date. If any provision of the TOU is found to be invalid, unenforceable or void, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect and the invalid, unenforceable or void provision shall be replaced by terms that most closely approximate the content and intent of such provision.
